AHD started AHD Technical Skills Development Institute for capacity building and development of technical skills in youth at Thatta in 2007 with organization funds earned professionally through membership fee consultancies and services. At this institute till date AHD has trained and certificated 2000 youth with the help of different CBOs and NGOs. This institute has capacity of providing residential training to up to 100 people in a single bench. SCOPE has been major client at this institute where 100 community members were trained at this institute along with AKBPS with 80 trainees. Besides AKBPS and SCOPE, SAWFCO is also client of AHD at this training center for training of community on agricultural lazar equipment and its operations.
